Many Federal and state courts are corrupt, aiding powerful wealthy interests like those that run our government.

Judges usually dismiss cases not by a lawyer, very often not following the law, deliberately, repeatedly, treating litigants UNEQUALLY, UNFAIRLY and DEPRIVING ACCESS TO REAL FUNCTIONING COURTS.
That is several crimes.

Judges often side with the government to aid conviction of innocent or not very guilty people. Then when the defendant did not have a real lawyer, judges ignore those claims, effectively making "Habeas Corpus" unavailable, avoiding hearings and findings of fact at all costs. Then they threaten the defendant for objecting more than once, although law says they must keep objecting. It is a FRAUD and criminal racket, costing us plenty, in money and misuse of courts, and costs sociey in untold suffering of families.

Half of the imprisonment is now unnecessary, as actually innocent, almost innocent, and one or two mistakes, and all those could be kept tabs on by a ankle monitor and save BILLIONS of wasted taxpayer money. It would save families and actually rehabilitate many of those being carefully monitored, fitting back into society instead of being trained and conditioed by hard criminals in prison. Half of the criminal justice system is a Fraud Racket to create jobs for lawyers and judges.

Numerous other examples of corruption in courts abounds, in how judges help the government keep evidence out of court, with bias siding with rich, powerful and government interests. Judges often enable fraud like a corrupt referee in a football game. They "throw" the game, and other judges protect them in a "cabal" of collusion to obstruct justice for people they don't like, and that is nearly always people without a lawyer and without money.

Judges often allow heresay for one side, and allow threats and rewards of witnesses and informants for the power and the government. There is NO justice in that. Judges more often now are entirely blocking access to courts by people who had as few as 2 or 3 cases dismissed, wthout even a hearing or proper findings of fact. By not finding facts, the court can say "there is no claim" when in fact there are valid claims.

WHY is Review Needed?
When courts do not work, there is NO RULE OF LAW. When there is no real law, a country is doomed and its poor get no remedy for harms against them by the powerful.

In other words, that is another way of taking your Power and your Money. This is especially true when government acts against citizens and people or companies responsible are shielded from accountability.

It is also a means of protecting corrupt officials. And it is a way to aid and protect Giant Corporations from accountability.

Corporations have taken over law-writing in many states, led by Republican state congresspersons. They write limits on damages to low levels to prevent claims. The most serious cases where a million dollars was spent on medical because of a company, and lives ruined are now limited to $250,000. After lawyer and court costs, the person is lucky to get $90,000, after years of worry and agony to get that. So cases of only $150,000 in medical and harms are simply not worth suing for; That is what business wanted - NO accountability.

Solutions: Lowering Barriers to Court, and Reviewing Misconduct of Judges

Judge Misconduct must be reviewable by citizens. Fellow judges are mostly corrupt and protect each other and government lawyers at all costs. We have seen this repeatedly. Reform in law is needed as to CONDUCT of judges where in fact the judge ignored the law and evidence and refused to find facts properly.

New rules are required to force judges to fairly document their rulings and decisions to make them "reviewable". Constitutional claims can NOT be thrown out without conclusions and reasoning basis in law based on careful fact-finding. When a judge does not carefully find facts, they have usually obstructed justice (which is common, especially on dismissal without hearing).

An aid group is needed to help litigants write complaints against judges, because those complaints are very difficult to write to distinguish misconduct from the decision. And to teach how to object quickly and often.

It is the classical concept of "dilution" of voting power, of political power, on purpose by ELITES !! DANGER !!

MegaCorps can NOT be favored in US courts nor States. It is CITIZENS decision as to what liabiilty or damages may exist. Learn about ALEC, the orgnanization where State Republicans (mostly) help Corporations write laws favoring Corporations. Yep. CONFLICT OF INTEREST and shady deals, vote buying. GET RID OF IT. Call them out.

Let's END all that Nonsense. Get Courts to work, by holding judges and courts accountable, legally, politically and by Grand Juries.
